A wee friendly face :)

That is what I experience every single day, the culture I am from, we don't really get in touch unless there is a problem. My only problem is they don't get enough money they should switch celebrity wages with my staff they deserve this and so much more. It is a tough job they do. 

I would like to thank the staff 1st care staff, 2nd girl from office (blond hair, smiley) 3rd reception staff (when I call in) for their patience, kindness, care I am receiving, keep up the excellent work.

A friendly face to experience every single day, is such a joy and I am delighted you are experiencing this! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback especially when this is something you do not usually do.

I agree it can be a tough job at times, although this is also a rewarding job, especially when receiving feedback like this. I will ensure the care staff, girl in the office and our reception/admin staff are updated with your kind feedback.
