"All staff are so kind & caring"

About: Cancer Services / Ward 32 (Inpatients) General practices in Tayside

(as a service user),

I have absolutely no issues with my care and treatment within the oncology dept,

However, I did have an issue within GP Practice in my initial diagnosis.

I do feel totally supported and listened to by my oncologist - he actually listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately.

In the Ward all the staff from trained nurses to all the ancillary staff are so kind & caring. They always have a smile for each of the people in their care.

Dear deltaes53

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with your GP practice around your diagnosis. Feedback enables an organisation to reflect, identify areas for improvement and revise any processes as required. As each GP Practice is an independent business, we would recommend that you feedback your experience directly to the practice to enable them to do this. Your GP practice will have a Complaints and Feedback Policy which will help explain this process.

With best wishes

Victoria Sullivan
