(as the patient),

I had a physio appointment with Abi. She was very knowledgeable and really made me think about how I viewed and approached exercise. She changed my perspective and made me consider heart health.  I previously just used to think about burning calories and what I looked like in the mirror. 

 I’m so grateful for this new insight, I am happy with the cardiac rehabilitation plan set up for me . Looking forward to starting. thank you Abi.
