My mum had a fall, the paremedics got the frailty team ,
What an amazing team .
Mum was totally checked out, day 2 we then met Sarah, she really did go above and beyond checking mum out thoroughly,
A couple of red flags, we had choice hospital same day or docs next day.
We chose hospital, again thoroughly checked out.
I am amazed at how helpful your team have been, really feel we have help in place.
People I can phone if any concerns.
