(as a service user),

I would like to thank all those involved in giving me my new Bio Bidet. It has made a big help to the quality of my life.

The work men were very kind and catering towards me. The plumber and electricians were wonderful at there job.

Hardly any mess very kind and thoughtful.

The day  they came I was not very well they made sure I was alright, and let me know what was offering.

Thank you again. Keep up the good work.

I would just like to start by saying thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. Your feedback is important, as it helps to shape our service by letting us know what we are doing well and where we can improve. So, on that basis I am really pleased to know that the service you have received from both occupational therapy and Fife Council workmen has been so good, and I am delighted to know that it has made such a difference to your quality of life and given you more independence.
