"They were polite, courteous & helped my husband"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Physiotherapy

(as a relative),

My husband had a knee replacement in early February. He was discharged with Physio Care at home. His first session was a week later and the 2 physios who visited our home were polite, courteous & helped him tremendously.

They left and gave him instruction how to do his exercises until his next appointment.

It was so much better for him to be at home doing his exercises as he worked hard and Rocio explained every movement with him and showed care & compassion when informing him of his knee movements and by doing so he made a great recovery in mid April.

I have absolutely no criticism of this service and we both sincerely can only say a big Thank you for his after care and Personally his Physiotherapist Rocio.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your husbands story with us.

I am really pleased to hear that the Physiotherapy you received from Rocio and the team was so beneficial to your husband's recovery. I know that recovery and rehabilitation following surgery can be difficult so it is fantastic that with guidance and compassion from the community team and with the commitment and the motivation from your husband that he has made such fantastic progress.

I hope that this continues and he is able return to all the activities that are important to him. I will be sure to share your story with Rocio and the team.

Thank you

Nicola
