For the NHS-Levean Valley.

Rehab team.

Carol. Ailsa. Elizabeth.

They all helped and gave me great support and encouragement to get me to where I am now.

I couldn't have done this without their care and help.

They are a credit to your N.H.S. 

I would like to say a massive thankyou to them all for their care and attention.

And thankyou to Carol who is still supporting me.

Couldn't ask for better care.

My name is Lynne Siddiqui and I am the Community Rehabilitation Service Manager and Lead Allied Health Professional in East Renfrewshire HSCP.

Thank you for taking the time to highlight the postive experience you have had with our occupational therapist and rehabilitation support staff working in the Barrhead Community Rehabilitation Team. I am delighted to see that their advice and interventions have had such a positive impact thus far, and hope that you continue to make progress in your recovery with the ongoing support.
