"Getting an appointment?"

This service badly needs help. Called yesterday I was caller 23 at 8.07 am. I took the option of call back. No call back till 9.30 so tried calling them back but was told that there were no appointments available and to try back again the next day. I explained that the pain was keeping me awake I was told to go to walk in or accident and emergency.

I tried calling again and I am caller 24 today .

I refuse to go to A&E where the wait is 6-8 hours when we are paying our taxes to support our local services.

The state of this practice has gone down as the population around has increased which is not reflected on the number of GPs in the practice.

The word preventive care has disappeared from the practice ethos.

Mobile clinics with GPs should be allocated to this area to prevent a catastrophic event.

The practice has lost most of its partners who have taken early retirement replacements have been locums and the

NHS should change its values from every one counts to we don’t care anymore !
