Had a prebooked appointment for a smear test. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. If I had been 30 minutes late for my appointment would they have seen me? A smear test is routine do there was absolutely no excuse for being over 50 minutes behind!!!! I am so sick and tired of one rule for them and another for us!!! I l left without being seen and I will have to suffer the consequences of this should anything occur. Do you know how nervous I was? Do you care? To sit there for an extra 50 minutes was excruciating. You just don't care.
