About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

my husband got metal in his eye while working, his eye hurt a lot and watered. we waited two hours before the nurse asked some questions and told us to wait another 3 hours. this is normal??? there are cases when people can wait, but there are really cases when you just need to get help first... I'm shocked... I don't understand the system...
