I went to the chemist on Tuesday 7/5/2024 to collect my tablets and there was a set of tablets missing. I had a word with the chemist and they said it was cancelled by the surgery.
I went to the surgery and questioned this and they said it was cancelled because i have already ordered them. If i had already ordered them, how come i ran out of my tablets on the Sunday and i should have got my new prescription on the Tuesday.
The tablets that i'm missing are only for a prostrate problem but they are not bothered about rushing some new ones through.
This the third time that they have made a mess of my tablets and i've not been able to get them. I think they need to employ someone that knows how to count days on the calendar and work out when the tablets are due
