"Continually frustrated "

After two months of waiting, I finally received a GP appointment last week. But once again, I'm left with more frustrations. I was told by the doctor that I needed a double appointment as my symptoms were too complex for a short appointment. I was told to make this appointment at reception. Reception said I couldn't do that and would have to complete another online form. I did say that I had waited two months to get to this point! They have apparently put it through for me but I have no idea how much longer I'll have to wait to get this appointment. Moreover I received an odd text/email as a result of a previous review on here with incorrect details about my experiences. I tried to reply to this to no avail. This is an impossible system and actually dangerous to leave people for so long without having the right medical care and no assurances that an appointment will be available. Utterly exasperated with this now.
