Recently went to x-ray department for x-rays on my knee.
Morag and Mandy x-rayed me and were so pleasant and helpful from start to finish. I met Mandy again, and also her pleasant and helpful colleagues, Jodie and Scotty.
Very efficient and effective in their job while keeping me informed of what had just happened and what happens next.
Keep up the great work ladies, it's people like you that make the NHS what it is.
