"Decline in standard of patient care"

About: Swadlincote Surgery

Just had a phone call following my annual health check. In the past this has been a discussion with a Health Care Professional, but this year just an administrator asking to make an appointment for repeat blood tests. Was unable to give any details why follow up was necessay and so now have 2 weeks to worry before appointment for follow up tests. I would have thought it wise for someone able to discuss why follow up necessay to have contacted me so my questions could be answered and any fears allayed. Having been with the practice for over 45 years very disapointed with this service.
