I have had 2 recent consultations with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Plas Menai Surgery; on both occasions I have felt listened to and have had my needs addressed in a caring, compassionate and professional manner.
I also saw the physiotherapist and was very impressed with the quality of care I received.
Both practitioners are very knowledgeable and patient in their approach.
The whole team at Plas Menai Surgery are excellent and offer a high standard of care. I have been a patient here for ten years and the care has been consistently good.
