Having had spoken with Dr previously I found he was still familiar with my situation which made me feel understood. I find it can be hit and miss depending on which GP you get on the day.Overall I feel there have been improvements to the surgery overall.

Thank you for taking the time to review our practice and the service you received. I am glad you enjoyed the continuity of seeing a GP who was familiar with your history but sorry you feel the service is dependent on who you see.
