About: Outpatients Services / Children’s Eye Multi-Disciplinary Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

I phoned the Children's Eye Clinic in Royal Victoria Hospital as I'd arranged to pick up drops for my daughter's upcoming eye appointment.

I called to double check the location. The member of staff I spoke to was rude in their manner. I arrived at the reception and again their manner was rude. The other members of staff were helpful and kind.

The member of staff on receptionist was rude in each interaction. I would not want to deal with them again.
