"Could not fault their efficient care"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Cardiology / Coronary Care Unit Jubilee Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

My father in law recently had an MI.  From the local minor injury unit, ambulance crew, AMIA and CCU we could not fault their efficient care they provided.  Everyone was lovely and kept us up to date with what was happening.

We are very appreciative of their excellent care and he is now home recovering well.

Dear appreciativedaughterinlaw,

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent positive experience and care of your father in law during what must have been a very worrying time for all.

The teams are always really grateful to receive nice feedback and to know that they have done their job well.

I will ensure that your comments are fed back to the teams concerned.

I hope that your father in law is comfortable and that he continues to recover well.

Kind Regards

Ruth Jones

Hi appreciativedaughterinlaw,

On behalf of the Scottish Ambulance Service, thanks so much for taking the time to pass on such positive comments about the care your father in law received recently.

It must have been really distressing for you all and it is great to read that he had such fantastic care from staff across the NHS.

Our staff really appreciate hearing from families so thanks again for writing in.

If you would like us to pass on comments directly to the crew who attended, if you could drop a quick note to sas.feedback@nhs.scot with name, address, date and time of call and we can ensure it is passed on to them.

I hope your father in law is recovering well and wish him all the best.

Warmest regards,

Mark
