I have just been in the surgery and the lady on reception i cant remember her name think it was shani. She was just so helpful pleasant kind. Ive been using this surgery for close on 3 years and ive never had anything good to say. But this young lady deserves a pat on the back. I cant thank her enough just for how she treated me. How she made me feel. Shes a credit to that surgery. Please tell her how brilliant she was.
