I recently went for my 1st appointment with physiotherapy about a problem I had with my knee.

My physiotherapist was called Calvin and he worked wonders with my knee. At 1st I couldn't even bend it and it hurt to even walk or stand up..I have 1 more session left before I'm discharged and I'm feeling great again..im back in the gym and fully putting weight back on my knee when I walk..

Calvin showed me different versions of exercises I could do to just help strengthen the knee and get weight back on it..honestly the work he's done is brilliant I cant thank him enough..
