I attended Causeway ED Greenzone on a Sunday in early May 2024 following an incident with a dog.  I had three lacerations to my left knee and an injury to my right little finger.  From start to finish my experience was positive.  I was treated on Sunday by ENP Ashley and HCA Katrina.  Both were very professional, knowledgeable and showed great empathy to me.  I had to return today and was treated by ENP Michelle.  Michelle like Ashley treated me with great professionalism.  Well done to them all!

Thank you for taking the time to leave the staff this compliment, particularly at a time when you have been unwell. Despite the pressures the staff have been working under, they continue to strive to provide the highest standards of care, and I am delighted that you had a positive experience.
