My knee injury in late April was caused by me closing a window blind in the house, not my best move I would say.
I ventured to the Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert for my diagnosis and ultimately operation/Post operation care that I am receiving at the moment.
Over all of my visits so far I could not believe the level of care/support and professionalism I received and witnessed.
I am fully aware of the stress and strain the NHS community has been under over the past few years and so to see this in person even after an injury I was blown away.
It was like Stars in Your Eyes getting through the vapists and smokers at the front entrance, I found this the least impressive part of my whole experience.
On one side of the door a team willing and able to supply remarkable experience and outcomes ,and the other side people not helping themselves in my opinion.
All in all thank you very much to the whole team, A+ all round.
