My story about my health visitor (Kirsty) 

I only met Kirsty since I found it was pregnant with my little girl which was 11 months ago but she makes me feel as if I have known her my whole life she is truly just amazing woman, I could come to her for anything talk about anything. 

Me and my partner have genuine laughs with her and enjoy her visits, I struggled a little with postpartum depression and anxiety but she made me comfortable enough to open up and tell her how I felt, she gave me many solutions to cope with it talk to family, go out walks with my daughter, see friends and have a nights to myself but I felt selfish to do those things but she made me comfortable she let me know that those thing aren’t selfish and you need time with friends and time to yourself. 

She helps me find myself again and I am more truly grateful. Thank You for the support.
