Arrived since 13.30pm and it is now 23.50. Waiting to see the medical team, even though was provided with a letter from the GP and advises that they were expecting us. Senior citizen, with various complications.
I understand they maybe business but being in A&E for over 10 hours when you have a heart condition and a diabetic is appalling. Such poor service
