I had a great experience using the new total Triage system. I completed two requests, for two different members of our family, in under 5 minutes. I had a call back before lunchtime, offering me an appointment for each issue, one on the day for the more urgent, and one the following week for the less urgent.
I really can't ask for more. It's so much better than being on hold for half an hour whilst trying to get my children to school!
Thank you for taking this brave step to try something new. I hope it works as well for others as it has for us.
