Fantastic, from start to finish! Online request submitted at 10.20am. Received response from NP Camm at 10.28 requesting further information. Appointment for a special photo with a lovely lady with dreadlocks (who was fantastic) for problem 1 and an appointment booked with NP Ball for problem 2 at 4.30 pm the same day. She was kind, caring, and compassionate, and my referral was sent within 2 days. What a change in the last 6 months. Well done to the management and team, exactly what we needed. Thank you.
