About: Royal Arsenal Medical Centre

My overall experience at Royal Arsenal Medical Centre has left me hesitant to seek medical care.

The staff were rude and dismissive, showing no empathy or understanding of my situation.

On one occasion, despite multiple requests via their online form, over the phone, and in person, I was unable to speak directly with the GP. Additionally, when I filled out their online form to request an appointment, I was referred further but was not informed about the referrals made, leaving me unaware of my care plan.

In a recent case, I believe my health records were shared with the local council, yet I remain uncertain about what was specifically shared.

This lack of communication discouraged me from seeking timely medical attention, worsening my condition and ultimately resulting in a more complicated and costly treatment for the NHS.

I hope the practice improves its communication and patient engagement to foster a better healthcare environment.
