I have been with this surgery a while and in the last 6 months they have improved their services and communication with the patients massively.
The phone system now has call back facility and updates regarding training new staff, patient user group, and the care navigation system is very informative amongst other messages being played. Really appreciate this - as an infrequent attender I was dreading having to contact the surgery, however being offered call back facility and then offered an appointment within 2 weeks during these difficult times for primary care was just a relief.
Keep up the good work.
I hope others that don't contact you often find the same communication informative like I have.
