"Ophthalmology Outpatients"

I phoned Broomfield outpatients depth. and pressed 1 for ophthalmology outpatients appointments. After they are closed I got the following announcement....... sorry we are closed!...... not very helpful! No information on when they were open, just sorry we are closed!
Causing me to then have to queue on the main number and waste other staff's valuable time to answer When they were open?
And hospitals complain that they are under staffed.
