"Unhelpful"

Receptionist was unhelpful on the phone and rude, to the point I was left in tears. She didn’t seem to care that this was the case or that I was unable to access the online booking form (and had been for sometime) to make an appointment and just said ‘that’s the way it is’.

Appalling service from a place that’s meant to be trying to help and support people not make them feel in despair that they will never be able to been seen and helped.
