Since becoming part of Valens this surgery has gone from being pretty good to absolutely diabolical. Whoever thought that Anima was a good idea needs to think again. It is abysmal. A receptionist that I spoke to a couple of weeks ago, told me that I had to uses Anima, which I had tried to do, but kept being referred to urgent care. I didn't need urgent care, it would have been a waste of their time. When I told her, she huffed and said quite nastily that this would be the only time that she would do it, and basically not to phone again but to use the online form. I have now tried to phone to find out when I have an appointment, and can't get through.
Honestly, please sort yourselves out, it is downright disgraceful.
