(as the patient),

I have been blessed to have been under the care of NHS Western Isles Nutrition & Dietetics Department for over a year now.   The level of care and support I have received has been outstanding.

I want to make special mention of dietician, Jane.   Jane is a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner and I have so appreciated her holistic approach, intuitive insights and motivational coaching style.

Living with a range of health issues can be overwhelming, but I can honestly say Jane has been nothing but a beacon of hope for me this last year.  She has patiently guided behaviour change and continues to help me forge a path to better food choices and routines - and ultimately an improved quality of life.

I feel so very blessed that I've had Jane working with me and advocating for me.  I still have work to do, but knowing Jane is in my corner makes all the difference.

Thank you for making a difference Jane, you are appreciated.
