I contacted the practice regarding my daughter just after lunch today. I spoke with a delightful member of the admin team, had both a call back from and a face to face appointment with a clinician, and were sent on our way to the pharmacy for antibiotics within 45 minutes of my initial contact.
Yet again, a wonderfully efficient service and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much team!
