About: The Statham Grove Surgery

2 weeks for an appointment for my two year old and myself for a nasty chest infection that has already been ongoing for 2 weeks… receptionist was curt and passive aggressive and managed to convey in barely any words just how intensely she hates her job and couldn’t careless about the welfare of me or my son. For goodness sake, if the NHS can’t do better than this, then it needs reform. A free health service is only world class if it offers a good service I.e. sees patients and treats them…
