"Terrible reception staff"

About: Bermondsey Spa Medical Centre

Terrible reception staff when I tried to book an appointment. They were rude, unhelpful, no interest in patient welfare. Refused to book appointments. Ignored patients when standing in queue. Tried to provide medical advice when not qualified. Could not access GP appointments or medication.

Dear Patient. Thanks for taking the time to provided your feedback. We do understand your frustration. The face-to-face appointments do need to be triaged with a phone call first, and our receptions are trained as Primary Care Navigators.
