Reception team at High Wycombe One Recovery

Since attending One Recovery High Wycombe, my first contact has been with the reception team, Heather and Jenny. I am always greeted with a warm welcome, they are happy to help, they are efficient, informative, approachable and have shown empathy to me and other clients seeking help.

When I have called on a few occasions, regardless who answers, both Heather and Jenny have answered the phone professionally. If it's an issues they can't solve at the time, they will generally find out the information and call me back promptly the same day which I am very grateful for.

I thank you, both for their kindness and to all the key workers who cover the reception area when the ladies are on holiday or off sick. They do demonstrate all of the above previously stated.
