About: Cardiac Rehab and secondary prevention / Craigavon Cardiac Rehabilitation

It was an excellent facility, I benefitted greatly from their service.

I was discharged from hospital with no information on what to do afterwards so I contacted the Rehabilitation Centre and they took me on. There service was first class and really beneficial.

Thanks to Shaun, Fiona, Catherine and Diana they were absolutely brilliant, I am so much better now thanks to them.
