"Frustrating "

About: Derriford Hospital

Supposed to attend my appointment at colorectal Surgery outpatient department at 10:50 and I received a call at 10:00 o'clock that the clinician is filling unwell.

They told me the same thing on the previous appointment that cancelled as well.

I try to get my appointment for a few months now unsuccessful and on the letter that I received says it will cost £100 to the NHS if missed the appointment.

What about me that I travel back home and needed to apply for unpaid authorised absence from my employer for this day?

This is more than a frustrating situation.
