Was admitted to coleraine A&E department I witnessed first hand how busy these nurses and doctors are , my time there I got my problem fixed staff were all lovely and caring didn't judge and I got the care and treatment I needed it's a place where it never stops day/night so I sympathie with there long hours and tended to me with care and affection, causeway hospital coleraine

Hi Lmcc

My name is Victoria McCrory and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager in Causeway ED. I am sorry to hear you have been unwell recently and required the services of ED.

As you note the Drs and Nurses remain very busy and continuously work under pressure. Despite the challenges they face, the team continue to work hard, aiming to provide a high standard of care to the patients they see. I am delighted to hear that you had a good experience within the dept, and that staff were caring and non judgemental.

Positive feedback plays a key role in boosting staff morale and reminding staff of the great care they provide. Thank you for taking the time to complete this review, despite being unwell, and I will ensure that your feedback is shared with all staff in the dept.

Thanks for your reply,yes even the staff who clean and get food ready and all food was lovely, so many to thank. They do a brilliant job and thanks to use I'm finally on the road to recovery so thank you all.
