Personally love this surgery. Doctors have always been great and supportive when I've visited. A few members of the nursing team are a let down in many respects when you need them the most. No one goes to a GP Surgery for the sake of it and yet while telling them your symptoms they write you off as if nothing is wrong with you. I was suffering from what seemed to be pneumonia with dark brown phlems and stains of blood and had a fever as well, with shortness of breath, my chest was sore from ongoing deep coughs. They claimed it was virus related and wouldn't offer anything, not even a lab test.
I visited the general hospital the same day and a kind and empathetic Doctor wrote me an antibiotic medication after taking samples which helped cure the pneumonia.
I'm sorry, but why do our GP Surgeries allow such practioneers in the NHS? Clearly, they are not here to help patients. What a shame!
