Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback, we launched the new Clinical triage system today, this will ensure that patients see the most appropriate health care professional according to their need and to make sure that all patients are treated the same the online form needs to be completed, if you do not have access to the web our Patient Advisors will help to complete or alternatively we have a screen in reception that you can make your request through.
