"Fantastic service"

I attended A&E as my heart went into an unusual rhythm and I felt very unwell, I had observations and an ECG and was sent round to urgent care.

Within minutes of me arriving Staff nurse Shannon knew exactly what was wrong and enabled me to be diagnosed promptly as she had me hooked upto the ECG and captured the abnormal rhythm. 

I felt relief and emotional that I had an answer as to what was wrong.

I was followed up regularly and thoroughly by an amazing team, I was under Dr Begly and ANPs Kirsty and Debbie , looked after by Abbey, Vicky,  Samantha and other lovely girls that I could not remember everyone's name, also not forgetting the lovely lady on reception.

I felt safe, reassured,  listened to and treated with person centred care throughout my journey attending the department for several weeks. The team were kind and patient and made sure I was happy with any outcomes before leaving and reassured to contact them if I felt I needed to.

This team is a credit to NHS Forth Valley and have made a huge difference to my life these last few weeks, never liking to bother anyone and ask for help these guys made getting help a lot easier,  nothing was too much trouble , thank you are two little words with such a big meaning and I hope you all take great pride in the amazing service that you provide on a daily basis .
