About: Outpatients / Pre-op Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

Hazel provided exceptional care via the Pre Operative Assessment. She was very attentive and set me at ease immediately. I was apprehensive as to the procedure to be carried out and Hazel was informative and set me at ease. Great service from a delightful and professional young health carer.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, I am glad that Hazel was able to ease your anxiety re pre-op and your planned procedure. It is great for me as a manager to receive such positive feedback regarding my staff and it will be my pleasure to pass on your lovely comments to Hazel.
