Shocking ! A brand new Web portal to make the 8am telephone rush a thing of the past! Right! Don't think they thought this through properly. You still have to telephone and join the queue at no. 20 (any callers above 20 I believe they are then up to capacity) to then be told you'll need to call back in the morning! This was my experience.
