Exemplary experience from everyone at Grantham hospital Ward 1 and theatre teams. Cannot fault the care I received.  

Ward very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and attentive when needed.

Procedure went well and theatre team were great - thank you for putting me at ease.

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience as this really boosts staff morale. They work so hard to ty and give the best possibly experience for our patients and your post is testament to the fact we are getting this right.
