"Horrible Experience with the Receptionist"

I have had a horrible experience with the receptionist, my son has had an inhaler that has been on repeat prescription for almost 2 years rejected with no notes or forewarn, an inhaler he actively uses every day, the receptionist then tried to recommend a dose for my son without actual clinical review, and despite telling them he had completely run out of the inhaler and we were in critical need, the receptionist offered no thorough resolution and tried to dismiss me, I have also been told by a nurse at the practice that "asthma is not a breathing problem" amongst other issues. This experience is horrible to say the least.
