"All of my family are extremely grateful"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Critical Care

(as a relative),

My father had surgery for bowel cancer at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in April 2024 and was the critical care unit for six nights.

The care he received was excellent and he was extremely well looked after.

All of my family are extremely grateful for the quality of the service administered and the kindness of the team.

Dear Vickk33

Thank you for taking the time to share your father's experience with us. We are heartened to hear that the care he received at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital was excellent and that he was well looked after during his stay in the Critical Care Unit.

Your kind words are deeply appreciated and will be shared with the entire team. It means a great deal to know that our efforts have had such a positive impact on your father and your family during this challenging time.

I hope your father is feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.

Kind regards

Kevin
