"Professionalism and compassion"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

A medical emergency occurred at home following 999 call requiring ambulance service.

Paramedical staff, Paddy, Phil  and student Sean, arrived soon after the call and their professional and compassionate approach offered assistance and support, immediately taking the stress out of the situation. They kept us informed and reassured at every stage in the proceedings until they handed over care to the medical staff in RVH Belfast A/E. We are very grateful for their help and kindness.

The staff in Royal Victoria Hospital A&E - Dr Emma, Nurses Deborah, Mark and support staff Seamus, were also professional and caring in their approach.
