"Great practise"

Excellent staff all round.

Good friendly reception staff who saw to your every need and informed you of the stages you will go through before you arrived for surgery. The timings they gave were very accurate and my appointment lasted for just under 3 hours as was predicted.

I was made aware from the surgeon what would happen in the surgery which was very reassuring and all went well with himself and his assistants.
