"Thank you for such excellent care"

My husband (nearly 76 years old) was advised by Loughborough Walk-in Centre to attend LRI for heart checks and arrived at 9pm Thursday 2nd May.

His condition was not acute, although needed this to be confirmed because of his current health problems.

The A & E department was packed and the flow of patients thoroughout the night was relentless. My husband had all the necessary tests and we eventually got home at 5am on Friday morning, reassured that my husband's heart was not in failure.

I am writing to thank and praise all the staff concerned who were doing an amazing job and never stopped all night. They were kind, caring and efficient giving us the time and explaining each procedure.
